Jody Ashley, founder of NextHome Village Realty, is a 4 year residential broker who prides himself on exceptional customer service, marketing and creative solutions for his customers. He is a strong family man with four grown children and his wife of 25 years.
Mr. Ashley spent the majority of his career in the hospitality industry with a long record of creating new concepts, improving financials and providing exceptional customer service. The creativity that was necessary for him to excel in that industry only amplifies his ability to communicate and help families find and purchase a great home. He made the decision to become a broker after numerous life experiences in the real estate industry and the passion he has for helping people achieve their dream home or navigating through the selling process.
Jody specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge to residential properties that consistently exceed the investment goals of his clients and provide them with a greater understanding of the real estate process.
