Our virtual brokerage gives our members the flexibility they need to be successful whether they are meeting a client at Starbucks®, vacationing in Hawaii, or simply working from home.
Real estate offices around the country are ghost towns during the day and only increase broker’s costs and reduce agent’s commissions. Large brick and mortar real estate offices are so unnecessary and so 1992!
However, for those members that occasionally need a meeting room, we have arrangements with several top notch venues throughout the metro areas for our members to reserve as needed. We even have space arrangements for those who want an office, or we can deploy the latest technology into the home office of our members.
OUR BROKER
Jody Ashley, founder of NextHome Village Realty, is a 4 year residential broker who prides himself on exceptional customer service, marketing and creative solutions for his customers. He is a strong family man with four grown children and his wife of 25 years.
Mr. Ashley spent the majority of his career in the hospitality industry with a long record of creating new concepts, improving financials and providing exceptional customer service. The creativity that was necessary for him to excel in that industry only amplifies his ability to communicate and help families find and purchase a great home. He made the decision to become a broker after numerous life experiences in the real estate industry and the passion he has for helping people achieve their dream home or navigating through the selling process.
Jody specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge to residential properties that consistently exceed the investment goals of his clients and provide them with a greater understanding of the real estate process.
As a Real Estate Agent, he looks forward to hearing from new clients who are ready to become home owners. (He might be more excited than his clients.) As a Real Estate Broker, he plans to leverage his life experiences to educate, guide and grow his team with a goal to create a group who loves their career and are passionate about helping families find their dream homes. Not only does margin increase, members’ compensation and available time increases, allowing more time with family and less with their cars. The old brokerage models are outdated and often leave agents disappointed, frustrated, and wondering what they are paying for with their current broker. NextHome was built to provide more value by providing modern and efficient tools, technology, and support at an affordable price.
At NextHome, we offer two compensation models—a flat rate plan or a percentage plan, and agents have the option to change their plan every six months! This flexibility allows agents to benefit from seasonal fluctuations or changes in their business.
